The Wiki and https://help.geneseo.edu are being upgraded. Confluence (wiki) will be upgraded to version 6.9, and JIRA (help) will be upgraded to 7.9 Thursday (5/17) at 6am, services should be restored by 8am.

Highlights of the Confluence release are:
* Better invitations to collaborate
* Native Mobile App support (download the mobile app from your device's app store)

Highlights of new JIRA features include:
* Approve buttons in email for service desk approval workflows.
