We were unable to resolve the problems with the VPN service on the new OS and have reverted to the previous OS version. All load-balanced services, including VPN, are available. We will engage the load balancer vendor support and schedule a new maintenance window to try to get VPN running on the new OS.

Update
Our VPN service did not start correctly on the new OS and is currently unavailable. We're working on resolving this before we upgrade the OS on our secondary load balancer device.

We will be upgrading our load balancer appliances at 10 PM tonight, March 27th. If you experience an error accessing one of the affected services during the upgrade, please wait 30 seconds then try your request again. We do not anticipate more than 2 brief (fewer than 30 seconds) interruptions during the maintenance window, and will update this post with additional information if we're unable to achieve that.
