The latest Windows Server updates were still pending on the SCCM server after the upgrade to 1806 was complete. The server has been restarted and updates are now installing. Software Center will be unavailable until the updates have finished installing.
SCCM has been successfully upgraded to version 1806. For users of the console, please make sure to upgrade to the latest version when prompted at next launch.

SCCM will be upgraded from 1802 to the 1806 release. This release contains numerous bug fixes as well as additional product features. This update comes with a new client and console. The client will automatically update on endpoints. Users of the console will be prompted to install the new version at next launch.
