The following Banner releases and patches will be installed early morning 7/23:
- General 9.3.1.0.S1
- Student 9.3.0.7.S1
- Phase 1 Dream Act patch (8s19839)
- SICAS June patch bundle 201906
- misc July SICAS patches that we need earlier than the July bundle

Appworx/jobsub/pipes/AQ will be down during the installation.
