A DocuWare version 7.2 upgrade is scheduled for Tuesday, 1/14/2020. Toshiba will be assisting with the upgrade activities, which will require us to perform portions of the upgrade during regular business hours. Docuware will be unavailable after 5pm on Monday, 1/13 until approximately noon on 1/14.

You will be prompted to upgrade your Docuware Desktop Apps application the first time it is launched after the upgrade. if the software does not update correctly you may reference this knowledge base article from Docuware:

If you have problems with Docuware after the upgrade, please contact the Helpdesk for assistance by calling (585) 245-5588 or by visiting our online service desk:

On Tuesday evening 1/21/2020, DocuWare will be migrated to a new backend server. It will be unavailable after 5pm. This portion of the upgrade should be transparent to you.
