Geneseo Client Portal Transition

On July 21, the new Geneseo Client Portal will give the campus community one easy place to request help from CIT and other participating offices, including Payroll, Residence Life, and the Duplicating Center. The current system (“Jira”) will be turned off.

Open support requests will be moved to the new system and may not appear in the new portal immediately.
