Domain Email Security Policy Update: Adding "Quarantine" DMARC Policy

Next Thursday around 7am we are going to update one of our email security policies. This may result in an increase in messages being filed in Google's Spam folder - please check this folder more frequently and report systemic shifts in spam rates to CIT.

We are going to set our DMARC policy to "quarantine", which broadly tells email providers (including our own Google) what to do when they receive a message that claims to be from a geneseo.edu sender, but the message does not pass sender verification checks. Google interprets "quarantine" as "file in the Spam folder", which is why we are asking folks to check that folder more frequently.
