VPN, Load Balancer Hotfix Patching

Our VPN and Load Balancer vendor released a security hotfix we need to apply this Thursday (9/24) evening, between 5 and 7 pm. We expect only 2 brief interruptions (seconds) as services fail over between devices. We anticipate no VPN client update because the patch is delivered as a hotfix.
