Our Central Auth service should be back to full strength now. We've allocated additional resources to the service and implemented more robust health checks to redirect traffic away from misbehaving backend servers.

We have received multiple reports of authentication issues for various web services. We are performing rolling restarts of our CAS servers to address the problem.
