We were able to restore services by working with our load balancer vendor support. However, we were unable to complete the software upgrade. We will need to reschedule the upgrade.

Update
We have run into an error during the planned maintenance of the F5 load balancer. We have engaged with support from the manufacturer and hope to have a resolution soon.

All load-balanced services such as www.geneseo.edu, my.geneseo.edu, banner.geneseo.edu, and knightweb.geneseo.edu will be unavailable tomorrow (3/11) between 5am and 7am as we upgrade our load balancer system software. This upgrade is necessary to ensure our load balancers can failover to their peer if a unit experiences a problem.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Login Services (CAS Server), Web (Geneseo Website, MyGeneseo), Academic Services (KnightWeb), and Administrative Systems (Banner, PointNClick Electronic Medical Records).
